Step into an immersive medieval faire at Clayshire Castle and visit the Tales of Ambergrove booth for playable D&D, signed books, and more!
Clayshire Castle’s Medieval Faire is an annual affair that follows the War of the Roses. There’s jousting, an archery tourney (as all medieval faires need!), and a demonstrating blacksmith, among so many absolutely wonderful shops and more! H. T. Martineau will have a colorful, striped tent set up near the blacksmith with the Dragonwolf trilogy, Dawn of the Dragonwolf and the Ambergrovian Adventurer’s Guide (a D&D companion book and a D&D core book for the world of Ambergrove), companion board game, cover art prints, audiobooks, keychains, necklaces, medallions, healing potions, and maybe more! First editions will be on sale, as this is our last planned event before the new editions are released, so get them while they last. The new edition of Ranger’s Odyssey will be available and we may even be able to get Realm of Chaos!
Once again, there will be an additional table where players can complete the Paeor’s Game campaign of the Dawn of the Dragonwolf D&D session series, based on signups. This year, we will also have a new one shot, Larceny at the Library. The times will be on the program along with our location on the map!

Paeor’s Game
This is a non-spoilery one shot. It follows Mara’s father’s adventure, mentioned vaguely in Ranger’s Odyssey. It typically takes about two hours to complete (depending on the number of shenanigans). This game is for 2–5 players, no experience is necessary, and all materials are provided. Characters are simplified so they are accessible to players of all ages and experience. One player in every game must play either Toren or Mara.

- Teddy: half-orc (forest dwarf) barbarian
- Ashroot: halfling (bearkin) cleric
- Finn: high elf (sea elf) rogue
Larceny at the Library
This is a non-spoilery one shot with secondary or new characters as playable characters. Unlike Paeor’s Game, this takes place in the Age of Magic, and all characters are built from the 1e Ambergrovian Adventurer’s Guide. This game is for 2–5 players and typically takes a little over an hour to complete.
